2000 | The church was successful in bidding for a grant from the Millennium Commission to allow the bells to be rehung in the existing frame with new fittings. The bells were tuned and the 4th (which was of poor tone and heavily drilled) was rehung as a service bell. Its place in the ring was taken by a new bell. The work was carried out by John Taylor & Co. |
[1] | The present church of Frindsbury, which however bears no marks of any deep antiquity, is dedicated to All Saints. It consists of two isles and a chancel, with a spire steeple at the west end, in which is a peal of five bells and a small one.
