1607 3 bells recast by Joseph Hatch.
1741 Treble added by Thomas Lester to make 4.
1758 Record of 4 bells in the tower. 2nd stated to be cracked. [2]
1762 3 trebles (of 4) recast by Lester and Pack and treble added to make 5.
1927 Tenor recast, treble added to make 6, bells rehung by Alfred Bowell. [3]
1933 New bellropes supplied by Bowell. [4]
1961 Bells restored locally and rededicated.
1997 Bells restored locally.

[2] This Church consists of The Great North and South Chancells, the Body and 2 Side Isles. In a Cap’t Tower, at the West End, hang 4 Bells, thus inscribed. 1. Henry Williams, C.W. 1741. Thomas Carter of London made Me. [Clearly a mistake for Thomas Lester] *2. Joseph Hatch Made Me. 1607. *This Bell is cracked. 3. Joseph Hatch Made Me. 1607. 4. Joseph Hatch Made Me. 1607. [3] 1927 2 May: To recasting the tenor bell and rehanging the peal of five £125. Paid cq. 5 May 1927. 1928 27 June: To new treble bell, framework and fixing complete £80. Extra to alteration caused by not being allowed to hang the bell in position as at first proposed £5. Total £85. Paid cq. 4 July 1928. (Bowell records)
