History

1442 -1468 Present 3rd cast. Later became 3rd of a ring of 4.
1616 Treble of ring of four cast by Joseph Hatch.
1629 Tenor of ring of four cast by Joseph Hatch.
1883 Only 3 of the 4 bells survived. Bells 1 and 4 recast by Mears & Stainbank, the missing 2nd was cast, and a new tenor was added, all of which were hung in a new timber frame, forming a ring of 5.
1884 11th Feb. Bells dedicated.
1897 Treble bell added to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of Queen Victoria.
1950 Bells rehung on ball bearings.
2014 The bells were retuned by Whitechapel and rehung with new fittings by Whites of Appleton.
