1895   School opened. Bell cast by John Warner & Sons.
1967   Northumberland Heath Secondary Modern School (West Site, on Brook Street) merged with Erith Grammar School (East Site) to become Erith Comprehensive School.
1996   The two sites of Erith School merged into one on Avenue Road. The old West site on Brook Street became home to Northumberland Heath Primary School
2009 March The school turret and bell appeared on eBay for £4,500.
