Bells rehung in a new 2-tier frame for 6.
1980
Tower declared unsafe for the bells to be rung.
1990
Bells run by a maverick band of ringers (this is the last known ring on the bells).
1990s
Church put in a loudspeaker system. They were granted a retrospective faculty for this, provided they initiated measures to restore the bells. Nothing was done for a long time. 2009
The bells were rehung and the 2-tier frame was modified into 3 tiers. A new treble was cast by Taylors Eayre & Smith and a 2nd hand bell was donated by the Keltek Trust.
