MARGATE, "The Centre" Bells |
There are two clock chimes of bells at each end of "The Centre". Ten bells were cast as two sets of 5, tuned identically, Whitechapel. They were installed with internal electromagnetic hammers by Gillett & Johnston (Clocks) Ltd, Croydon in 1985.
