To two new treble bells erected complete in Linton church tower £126-5-0. Extra work to tenor bell & sundries £1-15-0. Total £128-0-0. Paid cq. 14 April 1920.1927 Chiming apparatus was provided by Alfred Bowell.
1927 3 Jun:
To supplying & fixing chiming apparatus £25. Paid cq. 20 July 1927.1928 The cast in crown staple in the 3rd was drilled out by Alfred Bowell and a new bolt was fitted.
1928 28 June:
To drilling 3rd bell and fitting new bolt to crown £2-10-0. Paid cq. 17 July 1928.1932 29 Aug:
To 4 new best bell ropes & carriage £4-2-6. Paid cq 1 Sept 1932.1937 2 Feb:
To 4 best bell ropes. Soft. £4-4-0. 8 pairs mufflers £2. Total £6-4-0. Paid cq. 6 Feb 1937.1981
